Our service is to provide an online internet forum for any concern that you or others may have about a recent experience as a patient at a health care institution. Your concern may be that you wish others to know about a good or excellent experience you have had. On the other hand your concern may involve poor or substandard service at a health care facility. Either way we value your input to our database of patient experiences. Membership to our exclusive service is quick, easy, and free! We invite you to write a report about your experience as a patient and have your report published on our website. Your report need not be sophisticated or scholarly, just relate your experience as simply and clearly as you can in your own words. Your identity and contact information will be protected by username and password at all times. When you have submitted your report following our guidelines and the report has been published on our website we will invite the health care institution named in your report to respond to your concern. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to rate the performance of the health care institution at different points in the reporting process. TO HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS

The patients who write reports on this website obviously have a comment about the service at your health care institution. The comment may be favourable and supportive of the services given by your staff. On the other hand the comment may be about unsatisfactory service. Either way your institution obtains direct feedback from patients on the quality of service at your facility. This information may be valuable to improving the quality of service at your institution. After a patient's report has been published you will be contacted and invited to respond to the report. Responding directly to a patient's concern gives you the opportunity to rectify any problems and/or clarify the operational procedures of your health care institution.
